Commitment to Data Security

-Notwithstanding the Company’s retail customer guarantee policy, all retail sales must comply with the Sixty (60) days cooling-off Rule (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for new Distributor/User only, which requires statutory language and notice of cancellation on the retail sales receipt.
-Enagic will replace or accept the return of any product from the Distributor/User if the product(s) in question is/are of substandard quality and/or defective. The Distributor/User must return the product together with the form provided by Enagic for such returns. The Distributor must clearly state the reason for the return or request for replacement of the product.
-New distributor/user shall be entitled to return Enagic Main Product purchased within 60 days of delivery. Provided that returned items must be in a new and unused condition and must still be in the original packaging. All warranty cards, manuals and accessories must also be attached to the product(s) in question. The Distributor will be responsible for the return shipping charge and agrees that the shipping charge(s) is/are not refundable. Existing Distributor/User shall be entitled to return Enagic Product purchased within 60 days of delivery.
-The Distributor/User agrees that new and unused means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal use, misuse or negligence. Enagic reserves the right to inspect the products that a Distributor/User wishes to return and also the right to refuse any request for return of any product(s) which is/are not in compliance with this clause.
Please be informed that Enagic Singapore Pte Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as “Enagic Singapore”, “Us”, “Our” and “We”) has the rights to amend this provision of policies at any time and any amendment shall be in cooperated into the agreement. Enagic Singapore Pte Ltd (Company UEN. 201135560M), with our registered office and principal place of business at 111, North Bridge Road #25-04 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore is committed to protect your rights as our distributors and users with the highest levels of service.
Please be informed that merchandise, (hereinafter referred to as “machines”), Ukon™, (hereinafter referred to as “Ukon™ DD” and “Ukon™ Sigma”) and merchandise and Ukon™, (hereinafter referred to as “goods”).
Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address and total weight of your order for oversea or locally.
You may obtain the shipping rates and fees for the machine from the Product Application Form and Ukon™ Application Form and as for accessories purchased, it is display at the shipping method before you check out the goods.
Our couriers service appointed are DPEX (local) and Singpost & DPEX (oversea).
Shipment will take roughly one (1) to three (3) working days to be completed from the next date of purchased for local delivery. As for oversea delivery, shipment will take roughly one (1) to three (3) working weeks to be completed from the next date of purchased. However, it may take longer should the information provided was incorrect, incomplete or non-availability of recipient at the destination and/or shortage of goods
In the event of non-availability of the recipient at the location, DPEX or Singpost shall leave a ticket to notify you that they have attempted to the delivery on that day. You are required to contact the number provided and liaise with their personnel for the next delivery attempt. Packages shall be returned to us should you have failed to contact their personnel after a week. You are required to make another shipping rates and fees in order for us to redeliver to you.
Enagic Singapore Pte Ltd does not provide any insurance for our shipment. We shall not be liable for any damages taken by the packages from the moment the packages leave Enagic Singapore office and during the shipment.
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
